Once we inform you that a refund will be issued, we will issue a refund to your payment method within 7 days, not including processing time. If you request a store credit, we will provide you with a coupon to the value of your item(s). Please note that a coupon may be used once up to the value of your store credit. If you request a replacement, we will send it to you within 5 days at our cost.
If an item is damaged in transit, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide us with a photo of the damage.
