What is your minimum order?
Minimum order value £75, however we offer free delivery on orders over £150.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. Orders below this value are charged at our standard delivery rate.
Who do you use for delivery?
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Royal Mail has divided the world into four zones. Each zone has a different shipping price. We offer two shipping services to each zone, First Class and Signed For. Tracking is provided for the Signed For service only. International customers should note that customs charges and duties may be applied on orders when they land in your home country. You are solely responsible for paying these charges and duties. How do I place an order?
Register for an account, and we will set you up as a Wholesale Customer. Then simply browse our products, add them to your basket and complete checkout online. If you have any questions before ordering, please get in touch.
Will I find your products in supermarkets?
Rosie Webb products are primarily supplied to independent retailers, farmers markets, cafés and gift shops.
